Since graduating from the University of Seattle in 1982, Sh. Al-Rashid joined his family company of Rashid Abdul Rahman Al Rashid & Sons as a general partner and chief executive, completing its long prosperous journey in various sectors such as building materials, services, investment and real estate inside and outside the Kingdom. In addition, Al-Rashid is a partner, founder and chairman of several local and regional companies with various commercial and industrial activities.

Mr. Adel Hassan Amoor

Vice President

Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration and extensively experienced in the banking business, Mr. Al-Amoor occupies leading positions in many companies in Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia. Al-Amoor is a pioneer of investment projects in the sectors of real estate and entertainment, an active developer of opportunities into realities such as Adhari Park - Bahrain or under construction such as Salmiya Park and King Fahd Park.

Mr. Raed AG Al-Murbati

Managing Director and CEO

Mr. Al-Murbati is currently the Managing Director and CEO of Siyaha International and the Executive Director of the Saudi Amusement Centers Company in addition to holding Board membership of several companies in Saudi Arabia. Al-Murbati has a Bachelor’s in Marketing Science, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and an in-depth experience of more than 15 years of commendable achievements at the level of senior executive management. Al-Murbati held several positions in Asharqia Chamber and many senior positions in private companies as well as participating in numerous conferences, economic forums and various social activities. He is an executive member of the Saudi-Bahraini Business Council, Vice President of the Tourism Committee of Asharqia Chamber and member of the Eastern Province Principality’s Commission of Activities and Events.

Mr. Waleed Mohammed Al Jaffari

Mr. Waleed Mohammed Al Jaafari is the chairman of Aldawaa Medical Services Co, and took many leadership positions in big companies and banks inside and outside the kingdom. He holds a Bachelor in Economy from King Saud University in 1982. He worked as a lecturer in the Institute of Public Administration from 1982-1985, and then he moved to work as a general manager for Gulf Stevedoring Contracting Company from 1985-1998.

Mr. Fawaz Abdullah Al Khodari

Mr. Fawwaz Abdulla Alkhodari is a member of the Contracting Committee in the Chamber of the Eastern Province, a chairman and executive director of Abdullah A.M. Alkhodari Sons Company. He is the chairman of AL Khodari Travel &Tourism Agency, Abdullah A.M. Alkhodari Sons Investment Holding Company, Air conditioning Centre, Masahat Real Estate Company and Hamon D’hondt Middle East Limited. He is also a member of the board of directors in: Al Rabea Real Estate, Madd Real Estate, Alkhodari Factory for Metal Mechanisms, Alkhodari Trading and Industrial Services, Arabian Karina Limited, Abdullah A.M. Alkhodari Sons and Hertel Industrial Services, Eastern Foundation for Print and Media, Siyaha International, Saudi Diabetes and Endocrine Association.

Mr. Salah Abdulhadi Al Qahtani

Mr. Al-Qahtani holds a bachelor’s degree from the US and serves as Executive Vice President of Abdel Hadi Abdullah Al Qahtani and Sons groups of companies. Al -Qahtani is also Chairman of the Board of Young Arab Leaders in Saudi Arabia, Board Member and Founder of Gas Technology, Board Member of Merchant Bridge, Partner in Dana Gas and in many other companies, as well as local, regional and international banks. He chairs the Saudi-Canadian Business Council in addition to his membership in several Saudi business councils and foreign organizations.

Mr. Adnan Saleh Al Haddad

Mr. Al-Haddad is the Executive Director of Human Resources and Marketing in the Kuwaiti Commercial Markets Complex Company. He is also CEO of the Gulf Group, a subsidiary of KCMCC and a board member of many real estate and investment companies in Kuwait. Al-Haddad holds master’s degree in Business Administration from the United States in 1985, took many leadership positions within government agencies in Kuwait and participated in numerous conferences, economic forums and various social activities.
