Since graduating from the University of Seattle in 1982, Sh. Al-Rashid joined his family company of Rashid Abdul Rahman Al Rashid & Sons as a general partner and chief executive,completing its long prosperous journey in various sectors such as building materials, services, investment and real estate inside and outside the Kingdom. In addition, Al-Rashid is a partner, founder and chairman of several local and regional companies with various commercial and industrial activities.
